Understanding the Payout Process

Setup UPI ID
During seller registration or under **Settings** on your dashboard, you specify your active **UPI ID** (e.g. yourname@upi or phone-number associated with GPay/Paytm).

Dynamic UPI QR Code Payment
When customers buy products from your storefront, they scan a dynamic UPI QR code containing the order amount. They execute the payment on their preferred UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) and upload the receipt screenshot.

Wallet & Pending Balance
Once the customer uploads the receipt, the funds go into your seller dashboard **Wallet** as **Pending Balance**. Once you verify the transaction, you can process the order.

Instant Payout Request
Once the order is delivered successfully:
- Go to the **Wallet** tab on your Seller Dashboard.
- Click on **Request Payout**.
- The administrator releases the funds immediately to your registered UPI ID.
Direct 0% Platform Commission
SellerGully does not take any commission cuts from your sales amount. You receive 100% of your listed product price!

UPI ID दर्ज करें
विक्रेता रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय या डैशबोर्ड पर **Settings** में जाकर अपना चालू **UPI ID** (जैसे: yourname@upi) दर्ज करें। ग्राहकों का भुगतान इसी खाते में किया जाएगा।

यूपीआई क्यूआर कोड भुगतान
जब ग्राहक आपकी दुकान से कोई सामान खरीदता है, तो उसे एक यूपीआई क्यूआर कोड दिखाई देता है। वह अपने फोनपे, गूगलपे या पेटीएम से भुगतान करता है और रसीद (screenshot) अपलोड करता है।

वॉलेट और पेंडिंग बैलेंस
भुगतान रसीद अपलोड होते ही राशि आपके विक्रेता डैशबोर्ड के **Wallet** में **Pending Balance** के रूप में दिखने लगती है। रसीद सत्यापित करने के बाद आप आर्डर की डिलीवरी शुरू कर सकते हैं।

पेआउट का अनुरोध (Payout Request)
सामान ग्राहक को सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर होने पर:
- डैशबोर्ड पर **Wallet** टैब में जाएं।
- **Request Payout** बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर द्वारा राशि तुरंत आपके रजिस्टर्ड UPI ID पर ट्रांसफर कर दी जाती है।
कोई प्लेटफार्म कमीशन नहीं (0%)
