Payment Held in Escrow
When customers buy products from a social storefront, they pay online. Instead of directly going to the seller's personal account immediately, the funds are held securely in the **SellerGully Platform Escrow vault**.

Seller Dispatches Product
The seller sees the payment confirmation in their wallet and dispatches the parcel. Since their funds are secured in escrow, they can ship the items with confidence.

Release Upon Successful Delivery
Once the courier scooter delivers the package to the customer's doorstep, the system marks the status as **Delivered**. The funds are then moved to the seller's active wallet balance, ready to be requested and transferred to their bank UPI account.

100% Refund Guarantee
If the seller fails to dispatch the items or the product is lost, the escrow hold is cancelled and a 100% refund is initiated back to the customer's payment source. This prevents fraud and build safe shopping habits!

पेमेंट एस्क्रो में होल्ड होना
जब ग्राहक ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करता है, तो वह पैसा सीधे विक्रेता के व्यक्तिगत बैंक खाते में जाने के बजाय **सेलरगली प्लेटफॉर्म एस्क्रो (Vault)** में सुरक्षित रूप से जमा हो जाता है।

विक्रेता सामान भेजता है
विक्रेता को वॉलेट में पेमेंट की पुष्टि दिखाई देती है, जिसके बाद वह बेझिझक सामान पैक करके डिलीवर करने के लिए भेज देता है।

सफल डिलीवरी पर पैसे रिलीज होना
जैसे ही कूरियर द्वारा ग्राहक को सामान डिलीवर कर दिया जाता है और डिलीवरी कन्फर्म होती है, एस्क्रो होल्ड हट जाता है। यह राशि सीधे विक्रेता के वॉलेट में चली जाती है, जिसे वे अपने बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं।

100% रिफंड गारंटी
यदि किसी कारणवश विक्रेता सामान नहीं भेज पाता या आर्डर कैंसिल होता है, तो ग्राहक की पूरी राशि (100% Refund) तुरंत उनके पेमेंट स्रोत (UPI/Bank Account) में वापस भेज दी जाती है। इससे ग्राहक बेझिझक खरीदारी कर सकते हैं।
